PCCI, Inc. conducted technical training for 15 senior executives participating in the Special American Business Internship Training Program (SABIT) on September 17, 2003. The participating executives were from oil pipeline, shipping, and terminal companies; and from design and engineering companies; located in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine.

PCCI provided the visiting delegation with comprehensive training in the areas of marine terminal mooring design and construction, spill prevention, and oil spill response readiness.
