PCCI, Inc. (Alexandria, Virginia) is pleased to announce that Mr. Quinton Ford has rejoined the professional staff in their Alexandria office as a Senior Environmental Analyst. He will be performing crisis and emergency management training and providing environmental compliance support for various government agencies and private industry.  Previously, Mr. Ford worked with Booz Allen Hamilton from which he will bring expertise from TSA`s Port Security Training and Exercise Program (PortSTEP).  He possesses a Bachelor of Science in Marine Safety and Environmental Protection from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Masters Degree in Environmental Sciences from Johns Hopkins University.
