PCCI, Inc. (Alexandria, Virginia) is pleased to announce that Mr. Kevin Baker, PE, has joined the engineering staff in their Alexandria office as a Senior Professional Engineer. He will be responsible for project management and engineering design for the fabrication and installation of ocean and waterfront systems and marine salvage equipment for PCCI`s government and commercial clients.  Mr. Baker brings to PCCI 25 years of experience.  For the past 24 years he has supported the Naval Facilities Engineering Command`s Ocean Construction Division by providing ocean engineering, shipboard, and facility design and installation, including mooring systems, pier repair, and shipboard systems integration.  He possesses a Master of Engineering in Ocean Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil (Structural) Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
