PCCI, Inc. has been awarded a contract by the Department of Transportation (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) for Review of Public Awareness Programs to be submitted by hazardous liquid and gas pipeline operators.  PCCI will review the anticipated 2,730 public awareness programs to be created in accordance with American Petroleum Institute recommendations, as required of the operators by 49 CFR 192.616 & 195.440.
