PCCI was awarded a cost-plus fixed-fee, indefinate delivery indefinate quantity contract to provide ocean engineering services in support of Naval Ocean Facilities Engineering Program requirements managed by the NAVFAC Engineering Service Center (ESC), Port Hueneme, CA.  Tasking under the contract is expected to primarily include: ocean cable systems, ocean work systems, waterfront facilities, hyperbaric facilities, offshore structures, moorings, and ocean construction equipment.  The work will be performed in environments ranging from arctic to tropic and at all water depths where construction, installation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and salvage operations may be needed to support NAVFAC ESC customers.
