PCCI, Inc. was awarded a contract by the US Department of Transportation/ Research and Special Programs Administration (DOT/RSPA) Office of Pipeline Safety to provide Pipeline Facility Response Plan Review and Database Maintenance Services. PCCI has provided pipeline environmental and regulatory support to the Office of Pipeline Safety for the past five years. Award of this one-year contract, with four additional option years demonstrates DOT/RSPA’s continued satisfaction with PCCI’s performance. PCCI will be assisted by team members: Industrial Economics, Inc.; Research Planning, Inc.; and Leads Corporation.
